Minor restoration becomes moderate restoration when it takes more time to brighten the picture, remove small scratches, wrinkles, ink, pencil or crayon marks to meet your expectations.
Good examples of moderate restoration are turning a faded sepia photograph into a sharp black & white or enlarging a very small picture. Other common moderate restorations include removing obvious scratches & brightening photographs seriously faded by sunlight.
Our clients often order minor or moderate restorations in the process of creating an entirely NEW photograph from an old, damaged, faded picture. It takes more time to meet their requirements, therefore the cost is slightly higher.
