Moderate Photo Restoration: Enlarge and Brighten Photos

This two-inch 1900 photograph of a grandfather and grandson was fading into oblivion. The photograph was enlarged to approximately a seven-inch square. The image was converted into a black and white photo to reveal maximum details of the individuals and surrounding area. Contrast and tone corrections were completed and the fold marks were eliminated to bring the picture back to life.
